Great news for all, Apple has annouced the new model on iPhone. It’s named “iPhone 3G S”, fyi, “S” stand for SPEED!

The new iPhone 3G S build-in with a new processor that able to provide 2 times faster on applications launching then the original iPhone 3G. According to Apple, launching messages is 2.1 times faster, loading in Safari is 2.9 times faster.

Looks like Apple’s just released iPhone OS 3.0 beta 5, a little over one week after its last revision. That’s about half the time they’ve put between the previous updates — seems the boys in Cupertino are really starting to churn these things out. Apple’s released iPhone OS 3.0 beta 4 to the developer community alongside an iTunes 8.2 pre-release.

Thanks to some of Engadget’s readers, they have been testing iPhone OS 3 beta 4 and the first thing that they wanted to try out was the previously empty “Store” settings pane. In this new version of the OS, it is now populated, but do not get too excited as is pretty boring. All you can do is sign in and out of iTunes. That is about it on the iPhone OS 3.0 beta 4 side of things, keep checking back.

Verizon and Apple are discussing the possible development of an iPhone for Verizon, with the goal of introducing it next year, people familiar with the situation say.

How about Malaysia? Personally I don’t agreed with Apple which working on single telco. Could Apple talk to other telco such as Celcom, Digi or U Mobile? Seriously we need more CHOICES!

It would mark the first time Apple has produced a version of the iPhone for a CDMA wireless network, which is different from AT&T’s GSM technology. Vodafone, co-owner of Verizon Wireless, already sells the iPhone in Europe.
